Room Rates

As of 7/1/2024 Regular Single Room $297.00 per week + $317.00 Deposit (Initial Payment: First two (2) weeks rent + Deposit)

House Rules

Residents are permitted to have a small refrigerator in the room.

Bicycles, microwaves, toasters, hotplates, halogen lamps, candles, furniture and pets are not permitted.

Visitors are permitted between 9:00AM and 11:00PM. Male visitors and those under the age of 18 are not permitted beyond the first floor.

Cooking/eating utensils and bed linens are NOT provided.

The accommodations provided are not subject to rent control and rent stabilization laws.

Occupancy may be terminated upon 14 (fourteen ) days notice.
